Delete in the app
- Open Settings → Profile.
- Tap Delete online profile.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete permanently.
The guest account, display name, scores, runs, memberships and invitations you created are removed from the service. Groups with other players continue with a new owner; empty groups are removed. Learning progress stays on your device. Clear app data to remove local progress.
Request help without the app
Email ro.augusto@gmail.com with the subject “Deletion — Multiplication Game”. Include your display name and, if needed to locate the profile, a group name. Do not send invitation codes, passwords or other people’s data. We must verify that you own the profile before deleting it. Guest accounts have no linked email; losing access to the app may prevent this verification. A display name alone does not establish ownership.
You do not need to uninstall to delete your profile. Uninstalling alone does not remove online data. Provider technical logs and backups follow their retention cycles. See the privacy policy.
