Spotless Proof Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026.

Spotless Proof is an iOS and Android app for cleaning businesses to photograph each room before and after a job, check off a list, and share a report with their client. The app is operated by DGS Developer. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.

Using the app without an account

You can create jobs, take photos, fill in checklists, and export the PDF report without an account. In that case, this content stays only on your device and is not sent to our servers. You can remove it by deleting jobs in the app, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling it.

Data we collect when you use an account

The app does not show ads, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and DGS Developer does not sell your data.

How we use data

Only to provide the service: sign-in, backing up jobs and photos, sending report codes and team invitations, applying your plan and storage limit, and protecting the service against abuse (for example, rate limits).

Service providers

Because these providers operate in other countries, processing may involve international transfers. Data processed by them is also subject to their own terms; see the Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.

Retention

We keep account data while your account exists. If a free trial ends without a plan, cloud copies are kept for at least 60 days; content on your device is not affected.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app under Account › Delete account, after signing in again, or by following the instructions at report.spotlessproof.com/delete-account. What happens depends on your role:

In every case, your sign-in methods are removed, and if you signed in with Apple we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID.

What we keep after deletion: a one-way hash of your email address, so the free trial cannot be taken again; and, if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, the subscription record (store transaction identifier, product, status, and dates) together with your former account ID, company ID, and the billing token sent to the store, so the subscription cannot be claimed by another account. These records do not contain your name, email address, or payment details. To ask about them, contact us below.

Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to company data is limited to its members. No storage or transmission method can be considered completely risk-free.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in the app and delete your account at any time. To ask questions or exercise other rights relating to your personal data, contact us below.

Children

Spotless Proof is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The current version will be available on this page, with its update date at the beginning of the document.
